One of the things I love most about our new house is the little garden. Although it does take a bit of work, I find pottering in the garden extremely therapeutic and there's nothing better than being able to pop into your garden to pick the herbs you need to cook with. I bought Thai basil and chocolate mint at the Foodies Festival to add to the collection.
My courgette plants are doing well - I'll be posting more courgette recipes soon. But, exciting garden news of the day is that my tomato plants finally have some tomatoes on them! Can't wait for them to ripen so we can try them.
